180 kilometers made. In the morning we wake up at Bruno’s in Krilatsk, one of the districts of Moscow.

All of a sudden, the apartment is full with visitors and one of them, Andrey is willing to accompany us with his bike to Nizhniy Novgorod. It’s not easy to get out of Moscow in the afternoon since it’s one gigantic traffic jam. We are maneuvering among the cars and it’s being tough because of our side boxes. After a while Janis gets his cooling system boiled and we stop for a little break. Driving culture seems to be just like Latvian, which means beneath contempt, awful: a highway supposed to be four-lane become five or six-lane time after time. Some jeeps are driving along, outside of the highway at all, we are following them. First losses are discovered now: Janis has left our toilet accessories in Bruno’s bus, so now we are trying to figure it out without them. Staying for the night in the motel on the Road 7, 120 km away from Moscow.
