430 kilometers made. By Surathani we turn west and now drive towards the Andaman Sea. It looks like it’s easier to ride the bike than to sit in the van, so I give my bike for a bit to one of our friends.
The bike, obviously, is not over the moon about this change because just in few we hear some weird metallic noise coming out of gear box. Luckily, we find a small service by the road and a crafty Thai fixes the flaw very quickly. The noise factor was a bolt completely unscrewed. God knows what could happen if it also fell out. At 6PM we are already at a famous resort that has suffered from vast tsunami two years ago.
